The short version: we collect almost nothing.
What we collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. The only personal information we ask for is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, and message. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us so a person at ERA can reply to you. That is the whole use. We don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
Two service providers process this site's data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form delivery) and Sanity (content management; it stores our website copy, not your form data). Each processes data under its own security practices and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our form inbox and email until your inquiry is resolved and no longer useful, then they can be deleted on request or in periodic cleanups.
Your choices and rights
Want your message deleted, corrected, or a copy of what we have? Email info@era-inc.com and we will handle it. This notice is provided by Economic Roundtable Associates Inc., Germantown, MD, the controller of any data collected here. If your state's privacy law grants you specific rights, the same address is how you exercise them. We don't track visitors, so browser signals like Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored by default.
Children
This site is for businesses and their advisors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes won't apply retroactively to information we already hold.
